Who We Are
At Holon we've built a trusted holistic clinic in Glasgow that supports everyone from UFC fighters, athletes and world champions to everyday people rebuilding their health. Across the board one issue consistently stands out: poor sleep.
Our Story
We created this product because we couldn’t find anything on the market that truly met the standard we set for our clients. Most sleep products follow the same trend: a sprinkle of trending ingredients, vague references to scientific studies or stats and marketing claims that don’t match the dosages inside the product.
Our founder, Joshua Fields, an Oxford and Harvard graduate, built Holon after years of chronic health issues that included major problems with getting to sleep. After discovering, and healing with, a functional medicine approach, he put all of his learnings together to create Holon.
We Took a Different Approach
Our system is grounded in real physiology, complex systems science and circadian biology. It’s not just about throwing together a list of familiar ingredients. It’s about combining them in a way that addresses sleep from multiple angles: light, nervous system regulation, biochemistry and lifestyle.
We’ve created a complete system, not just another supplement. Every product in our box is intentional, measurable, and designed to work synergistically with the same level of care and integrity we bring to our in person clients at Holon.
To validate our method before launch, we recruited more than 30 participants for a one month trial to determine the impact of the Sleep Box on their sleep, stress and mental wellbeing.
