Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Below is how returns work for our supplements and teas.
1. Cooling-Off Period
As an online customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund.
2. Safety & Hygiene
Because our products are intended for consumption, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Once opened, products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This is to protect your health and safety.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If a product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll cover return postage.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Subscriptions
You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time through your account. Changes need to be made at least 48 hours before your next order is processed.
